Biggest Loser
Check out "The Biggest Loser" 8/7c tonight on NBC. Sean Algaier, an old friend of mine from York College, is a contestant this season. Tune in and help us cheer him on! Go, Sean!!
he is such a great, great guy! and so hilarious. he can't show any pictures, but i know he's come so far already. i can't wait to see him hopefully win it all!

I was planning to root for him and Abby, and then I saw that you knew him...awesome! I hope he does great. He seems like such a good guy.
