Can you believe...

...Our baby boy is ten months old??! I sure can't! Where have these months gone? He's not supposed to be almost a year old- he's still supposed to be this tiny, pink, wrinkly baby that needs his momma for everything! Okay, so maybe he still needs me for everything, but he's not supposed to be doing this...
Little stinker takes it upon himself to crawl up in the pantry to see what there is to snack on. haha! He's seen his sister do that one too many times! This little guy is such a precious, happy soul with the sweetest spirit. He smiles almost nonstop, gives hugs all day long, and can totally make our day with the way his face lights up when he sees us.
He adores his big sis, loves to roll a ball back and forth, and says, "bum, bum, bum" as he pushes his tractor and trucks around. He says, "Dada", "Mama", "Baba", and "Ah-da", which we're pretty sure means Ella, because he usually says it to her or when he sees her. He tries to imitate several animal noises, waves bye-bye, and gives five- all of which make him so proud that he usually then claps for himself. haha! He is so fun!!
He enjoys mealtime, especially if he gets to sit by (and make faces at) Ella. The boy is an eater (!), but peas, pears, apricots, and yogurt are a few of his faves. He also loves anything he can weasel off our plates. :) He has so much fun at bathtime, and gets those little arms and legs to moving the second we turn on the water. He goes crazy jumping in his jumper, just laughs and laughs when we play peekaboo, and squeals when he feels the blowdryer on his hair. He is crawling so fast now and will stand without holding on for at least a couple minutes (or until he starts clapping and loses his balance :). He has a couple favorite books that he yells and squeals all the way through. At the end of the day, he loves to cuddle in my or Daddy's lap and sing himself to sleep. He really is such a good-natured, content, very much-loved baby and I can hardly remember what life was like before him!!
