Ella's first soccer game was Saturday afternoon. Our little soccer player was all smiles and ready to go!
She sat out the first quarter, and Cade just had to go sit by her. They are too sweet!
She got to go in at the start of the second quarter and played the rest of the game. Papaw, Mamaw, Kyle, Kellie, and Payton were able to come watch. It was fun. I love watching these little kids play. It is so comical! A bunch of them would run to the ball, then they would all stand there and just look at it, like they were wondering what they should do with it and who was going to be the first one to kick it. Just hilarious. Go, Ella!

They don't keep score at this age (but her team did win! ha!) We asked her if she had fun and she said, "Yeah, but I didn't even score one time!" We assured her there would be lots of other times to score and that she should be proud that she played hard and made some good contact with the ball. It's going to be fun watching her as she gets the hang of it.
